The Nürburgring - Nordschleife

Nürbürgring Circuit

Nestled among the endless dark green trees of the Eifel mountains in western Germany, the Nürburgring is made up of two racetracks: the Nordschleife which was opened in 1927 as the “First Hilly Racing and Test Track” and the Grand Prix Circuit inaugurated in 1984. The two circuits, which can be driven around in combination, are together about 26 kilometres, making the Nürburgring the longest permanent racetrack in the world. A total of 40 left-hand bends, 50 right-hand bends and a 300m height difference with extreme slopes and gradients ensure a significant adrenaline kick for both drivers and spectators. There is nothing else even remotely like it in the world.

Nürburgring - Nordschleife or simply “the Ring” holds an irresistible fascination: crests and hollows, rapidly winding bends and a relatively narrow width, demanding all the skill a driver can offer. Bends like the Hatzenbach, Fuchsröre, Adenauer Forst, Wehrseifen, the Karussell, Pflanzgarten and Schwalbenschwanz are steeped in motorsports mythology. In other words, it is the perfect race track and a Mecca for automotive enthusiasts worldwide.

The Formula 1 pilot Sir John Young Jackie Stewart – after all a three-time world champion in 1969, 1971 and 1973 – was so impressed by the circuit that he without any sense of irony gave it the name which it will probably never lose: Green Hell (Grüne Hölle).

Racing and winning on Nürburgring - Nordschleife has always been very special for racing drivers, because the track is one of the most demanding in the world. If you have raced on Nürburgring - Nordschleife every other track in the world would feel like a walk in the park. However, you do not have to be professional race driver to master it. Throughout the year, a number of amateur endurance races series take place on the track, e.g. the RCN, the VLN and the ADAC Zurich 24-hour race.

In addition, Nürburgring Nordschleife is used for track days during the season, with or without instruction.

We have been racing on Nürburgring Nordschleife for more than 10 years and the track is our race base. If you want to fulfill your dream of racing this famous and epic track, we will be happy to assist you.
